Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Rovaniemi City Center within walking distance of all essential amenities. The rooms, especially those with saunas, are spacious and cozy, though slightly smaller than advertised. The service is outstanding, with a very friendly and obliging staff. The dining options are top-notch, offering a great selection of food. However, the facilities lack good after sauna relaxation amenities, which could be improved.
The hotel is in a superb location right in the center of Rovaniemi, full of mock fur and plush cushions creating a magical room effect. The rooms are smaller than most and situated under street level, offering a unique experience. The service by the wonderful staff, though helpful, could have been better. The dining experience is extraordinary, pleasing international palates but with some room for improvement like the boiled eggs. The facilities are top-notch, offering a relaxed library feel with books about the Northern Lights & Arctic Nature.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Rovaniemi! The rooms come equipped with their own private sauna, nicely decorated and very cozy, perfect for our five-night stay. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to fulfill any requests. The location was decent too, right outside the stop of Santa express and very near places of interest in Rovaniemi.
The hotel was located under street level, but the rooms were comfy and nice. The friendly service provided by some of the nicest people I have ever met made the stay excellent. The location was perfect for easy access to town, restaurants, and tour activities, although the rooms were smaller than expected.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were huge and beautifully decorated with a super comfy bed, but being outside on the ground floor next to the road could get noisy. Having a private sauna was a nice touch, although our attic room's blocked windows due to snow on the first night impacted our view.
My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had slightly dim lighting that created a magical atmosphere. They were perfect for families and well-equipped for a comfortable experience. The service was beyond exceptional, with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to assist with tours and directions. The location was ideal, within walking distance to good restaurants and the Santa Express bus station. Unfortunately, there was some crowding around the coffee machine area. The dining experience was phenomenal, offering natural ingredients and a top-notch breakfast.
